All the personnel are very friendly and accommodating. A lot of leisure activities that can be done like, swimming, using the gym, billiards small playground for toddlers, sauna etc.

The location is good. Very close to major establishments. Free parking. I liked that there was parking space, and free, too. I just wish the staff at the reception was a bit proactive and told us about the pass upon check out. That way, I didn't have to go back (from the parking exit area to request for it, as the guard won't recognize the OR as proof of booking payment. Generally, it was a good stay.

Rooms are great for its price. The location is good and the place is very comfortable. Also, there is a designated parking which is near the elevator so we were able to bring our things easier.

Centrally located apartment. Hotel staff gave me an upper level room with a nice view. Non intrusive staff. Free parking.

Good location. The staff were helpful and efficient enough. The rooms "felt" clean despite some issues. There was just a minor "old" smell unlike some other places we stayed in.

I had a very comfortable stay here at the hotel, the place has things you need ( kettle, heater, hair dryer, microwave, safetybox) Iron for request I also like how the manager solving a little concerned from the guest which is 10 over 10 for me they are doing the job very well the staff are very accomodating and friendly as well, will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family again

Clean and friendly staff, within walking distance to SM megamall, ayala mall has a friendly coffee shop downstairs and an uncle john very convenient. Great value for your money. Stayed for 4 nights booking the classic queen room very comfy and big room. Close to local restaurants.
