Nice, spacious, and very clean room. The beds are comfortable and soft. It was always very quiet inside. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety of choices.

Amazing experience - i booked this for my partner who was travelling around the Philippines and when she got to Manila she was stuck at the airport. I called the staff at the Bellevue to help and they went above and beyond the stress caused at the airport. They even upgraded my partners' room when she arrived. Perfect stay and customer service

-Loved the spacious room with a great view from the windows -TV is already andriod so we enjoyed some movie *tho neflix was not working* -loved the hydra bottles wished we could bring the bottles as token as complimentary -loved the walk-in T&B

All the staff are polite, kind, and accommodating. The shuttle service was very useful and efficient. The location was close to different fast foods and convenient stores. The hotel lobby is very grandeur. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to all tourists.

Staff - Bianca and Josef, both exemplary in customer service. I cannot commend them highly for their professionalism. Breakfast - excellent presentation. Buffet. Always Bellevue will not disappoint, provided you choose the New Tower Wing.

The hotel staffs including security guards are all accomodating. I booked this for my parents who are both seniors and 1 is PWD. They both enjoyed their stay.
