Good to find, easy checking inn, very helpful host. Just the water pressure of the shower is not really good. We enjoy our one night there

we had been travelling all over Philippines and this place had the quietest coldest ac, a really cool rooftop swimming pool, exceptionally clean, a powerful hot shower, the location which was great MRT line 5 mins away and then a whole bunch of nice malls near the Shangri la 10 mins away and always felt safe, well equipped kitchen and a tv with Netfli which after a month of no tv was nice to have a movie night in the evening with our son. Not to mention the owner really looked after us while we were there, definitely went above and beyond
