I love the room because it is new and very clean and organized. same with the full bath. I enjoyed using the bath tub.

Our arrival was impressive—we were picked up in VIP style by a professional driver, assisted by Jasper, who was a standout throughout our stay. Jasper was attentive, polished, and offered a level of service that truly set the tone for what we hoped would be a five-star experience. Bravo, Jasper! The Spa was great. CJ was a charming host at the Spa. Tessa ensured out room was taken care of as well. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. However, things ended on a high note. The limo service back to the airport was flawless—a luxurious Land Rover and a top-notch driver who made the ride a pleasure. Truly a five-star send-off.

Excellent welcoming staff. Always ready with a smile and greeting. Very helpful! Rooms and venues very clean and properly maintained. Amazing service in all areas.

All the staff were friendly, polite and professional. The rooms are very good. All facilities are well maintained however keep in mind that the hotel is less than one year old.
