Reception area was nice, we were given a small room on the 13th (top) floor. Hot & musty, very outdated, air-conditioning was poor & very noisy. Only staying one night, otherwise, we would have changed rooms. Staff were very nice & helpful. Located in a busy, noisy road.

The place was not as pleasant as before and the rooms need to be renovated. Some equipments are outdated - specially the bathroom. Helpful staff and good breakfast though. The location is good too. The hotel is ok for a short stay and the rate is correct

I like that they have a family room option for 5! especially for a family who likes staying together in one room. Food was good. Very homey and simple. Recommended for families who would only sleep in one place and explore around Manila all day. The staff, very accommodating and kind. 💖
