The staff are the best. Amenities as well as the suite thay we stayed in was impeccable. Medley buffet was pricey but worth it especially on the weekends.

Great place with lots of activities for kids and adults. The buffet breakfast had great selection. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay and we look forward to returning to Okada.

The hotel fully lives up to its promises. Service, facilities, and cleanliness were perfect in every way – a clear 10 out of 10. However, this is exactly what you would expect from the Okada Hotel in Manila. The entire hotel offers a true high-class experience, with first-class service, excellent facilities, and a very high standard in all areas. I was completely satisfied and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values luxury and comfort.
