We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your comfort.Makati Diamond Residences is a multi-use hotel with the certificate of authority to operate for staycations (CAOS) and is currently accommodating guests based on the following conditions:• Individuals who opt or are required to undergo mandatory quarantine, such as but not limited to close contacts, repatriated OFWs, returning overseas Filipinos, foreign nationals allowed entry into the Philippines

• Leisure GuestsFor non-quarantine (business and leisure) stay, guests 18 years old and above must present their proof of vaccination. Otherwise, a negative result from a swab or saliva based RT-PCR taken 48 hours before check-in must be presented. Guests below 18 are exempted from this requirement.Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival at the hotel. Guests must provide a photo identification or passport as proof. Otherwise, guests must present a new credit card with the card holder present or may choose to pay in cash to settle the reservation charges.Please note that for children between 6-12 years old staying in existing beds, breakfast will incur an additional charge of 50% of adult breakfast rates. Excellent hotel. We always stay there when in Manila. Staff very attentive. Nice indoor pool. Good breakfast. Lovely rooms. Very busy at breakfast so we had to wait. Bit annoying because I had a flight to catch. I ordered poached eggs and,was told 5 to 10 mins. This was basically made up. The staff just say that to placate. It would be better if they just told the truth.

The accommodation were excellent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the towels and shower were of high quality, and breakfast was delicious. The staff provided outstanding service, readily accommodating our request for a later checkout, which proved invaluable, given our flight schedule.

Makati Diamond Residences was a good place to be as our first stop in the Philippines. The room we had was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The gym was well maintained with different machines and the hotel is right next door to the Greenbelt mall which is very convenient
