The bed was very comfortable Breakfast was absolutely delicious - best part of our stay. Pool seemed fine - did not use it. Hotel receptionists always got a taxi for us.

Super nice hotel for the price. I would not call it 5 star hotel. More like 4 star hotel. But the location is absolutely amazing. 25-30 mins from airport. 3 mins walk to famous Bourgos Street. 15 mins to BGC and amazing nightclubs. So it is perfect for a great party trip or to experience Manila. Pool water is super super cold, which I find a little dissapointed. Fitness is also not having much equipment, but it is alright. Rooftop skybar is fantastic and amazing atsmosphere. Looking over whole Manila. Very nice. But the hotel itself, in my opinion is a 4 star and not 5.

It was my first time staying over in Makati. I am glad the hotel was as good as it looked in the images. I had a great view of the cityscape from my room. The staff were kind and helpful.

Great location but still a grab ride to most other areas (but that's just Manila - huge). Big, clean and modern rooms.

It was clean and safe. Staff where polite and facilities were good. I was a little worried about reviews I had read but everything was super clear and no extra sales were pushed on us. The bond is common in a lot of places in Asia and they are clear about it and payment options. Be careful of your linen also try rinsing the towels if any make up stains. Also the rooftop has such a nice view especially at night time. Yes it is noisy on the pool level but you’re also on Manila City.

after so many years of travel, i stay more than 100 hotels for the pass 20 years, this is the first time i receive a WhatsApp message from "At-Your-Service" in charge saying if we have any request or questions during our stay, we can reach him out. this let me feel warm and come confident to stay in this hotel.
