The flat itself is great, better than expected. Building is new, clean with good facilities. right at the center of Cubao, Manila. And the host was very responsive and helpful.

It was a best choice for us, nice place and great value for money, convenient and accessable near restaurant, mall and shops. We really love the city view, where we could sit & relax outside the balcony. We had even chance to go above roofdeck and enjoy the sunset and night view. Easy to connect/contact the owner. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay.. The host was in constant communication with us, and was very detailed in giving us instructions on how to get in, where to throw our rubbish, internet password, what to do before leaving, etc. The basic needs have been catered for. The place is clean. That view of Metro Manila in the balcony is just so awesome. 👌 The place is very close to all known fastfood chains, as well as 7-11, Mercury Drugs, Watsons. Had a good walk too, to Araneta Center where most of the Malls are.. To the host, going as far as asking us how are we doing during our stay really made the difference.
