Fantastic and attentive staff. Excellent reservations/front office team that assisted with my booking due to changed travel itinerary. Good range of food for Breakfast. Rooms are clean and very quiet making for good nights sleep

It's our 4th time stay in this hotel friendly staff food was great. Just a small comment this last stay we had found little cockroaches on our mini bar area

Air con.was a waste of time till we had to have it rectified. Light switches were impossible to locate, and doubt if they even existed. No pay TV. Traffic noise unbearable, due to single glaze windows.the rooms are are dated and we'll worn, and this after I paid $500 extra for a different room because mine was not going to be available 6 to 8 hours. And this was an upgrade! At check out I was handed a bill for consuming beverages etc. From our suite That weren't even there to start with.? The staff and room service, combined with the bar and restaurant were immaculately presented, courteous professional and accommodating. Top class service all the staff.
