I liked how pleasant and comfortable the room is. It was fortunate that our room was upgraded when we checked in. I also liked that the supervisor at the lobby assisted me when I requested for some stuffs for the preparation of the birthday celebration set up inside the room and the complimentary cake for our company. Overall, our experience was great!

We’d stayed at this hotel on arrival in Manila and had enjoyed it. Rooftop bar is good and the nachos are nice. Bellboys are excellent.

Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Would happily stay here again. Recommend it to anyone travelling to Manila.
