– Friendly, professional staff who made me feel genuinely welcome – Excellent service from a roaming receptionist who handled my check-out quickly due to a spa appointment – Spacious, clean room with sleek design and a well-equipped walk-in closet – Daily replenished capsule coffee machine – Spa was beautiful, relaxing and the aromatherapy massage was outstanding – Breakfast buffet had a wide variety, high-quality food, and healthy options – Detox shots at breakfast and good bread selection – Pool area was lively but relaxing, with drinks available and attentive staff – Convenient access to the adjacent mall through a skybridge – Hotel was very clean and well-maintained

There was someone every 2 metres from when I got out of the cab to help me inside. Literally I was like a bucket of water passed down the fireman line. But this was good because I was tired and wanted everything to be someone else's problem. The hotel is huge but I get the feeling it's very well run. It has a bit of a casino feel in that it is enclosed and air conditioned and you would never have to leave. We loved the view, the funfair opposite which was really fun and colourful. We also loved exploring the mall next door once we figured out how to get into it. They left a teddy bear on the bed for our son which was gorgeous. All up it's a luxury experience by the effort they put into it. I'm not sure we got to see much of "manila" but it was only an overnight stay.

The room we got was what we reserved (twin with pool view), and the beds and facilities were great! Staff was attentive and was responsive to our requests. I liked that they have a system that texted throughout the day (if we had any requests, etc), and what we requested was promptly acted on. It's a bit pricey, but if you're coming from a concert in the arena, the short walk to conrad to finally rest is worth it! If you need to buy anything, s maison is also just a short walk from the hotel.

It was the biggest hotel room we had been so far this trip. We had to stay here a night before our flight to UK. They upgraded our room to a suite. Its very convinient, connected to a massive mall. The quality of service was exellent. The view if the Manila bay was great! They even brought me a cake for my birthday, a week before my actual birthday. Highly recommended.
