From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay was exceptional. The service provided by the staff was outstanding – special thanks to Nicole and Ricky, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The breakfast buffet was a delight, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing rooftop pool – perfect for a relaxing dip with a great city view. The gym was also well-equipped, making it easy to stay on track with fitness goals while traveling. Location-wise, Citadines Salcedo is unbeatable – it's nestled in a peaceful neighborhood while still being close to everything you might need in Makati. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Manila – whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable. I only stayed there since it was close to the hospital where I had surgery, for the "location" only.

Clean, comfortable and absolutely amazing staff.Stayed twice and will be returning later this year on next stay in Philippines. Definitely my favourite city hotel worldwide. We love this hotel and all the staff.

Very good location, smiling and efficient staff. Very good value for money. The breakfast menu is great and the restaurant makes one of the best capucino I have ever drunk (I am Italian and coffee is important to me!).

The staff sounded as if they are some recovery agents. The hospitality i would say is the worst because of this and also the breakfast served by them.... Its better to opt out of breakfast and consume food from the neighborhood
