One of the true strengths of this hotel is its doormen. From the very first moment, they make you feel genuinely welcome. They are consistently warm, polite, and attentive, always ready to help. In particular, I would like to mention Melja, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made every arrival and departure a pleasant experience. Their presence adds a special touch to the hotel and makes a real difference in the overall stay.

This is my fourth stay at Citadines Salcedo if I'm not wrong. I didn't have to think of alternative accomodations while in Manila because I've always had a good stay here, from the staff to the comfortable room to the location. This time round, I was a little apprehensive because the reviews on booking.com were on the negative side. But I realized it was related to the breakfast because the cafe that serves breakfast was under renovation. Hence breakfast was being delivered to the rooms but came cold. However, I realised it was a minor problem. The staff did their best to bring breakfast according to the time I indicated. And the portions were very substantial. A bit on the cold side but you could heat it up in the microwave. I still enjoyed my stay overall. Room was spacious and if there was anything I needed, I just needed to ask and the staff would do their best to help. Like I wanted more towels and they delivered. Thank you to the friendly and wonderful staff who always had a smile on their faces and greeted me when I left or returned to the hotel.
