The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room attendants were very concerned with the individual needs of each room - enough drinking water, towels, etc.

The staff here are always welcoming and so helpful with everything. Breakfast is good value for money especially considering that other hotels in Manila charge a lot more for the same. Location is good, only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront, and from there it is nice walk along to MOA, Mall of Asia which has all of what you need in way of shopping and restaurants. Citadines is only 10 or 15 minutes drive from the airport via the Expressway depending on traffic. I always choose to come back to Citadines, Bay City, Coral Way. It is also convenient for shopping at the adjoining W Mall.
