Most staff are amazing, one or two were less informed or knowledgeable BUT this did not affect the overall enjoyment of my stay. Location is great and the view from my room is special. I will always choose to stay in the place. Very highly recommended.

My recent stay at Astoria Plaza Hotel was absolutely exceptional. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. the front desk staff were very helpful, professional and polite. My room (suite room) was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciate the strong and reliable Wi-Fi and the clean bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide array of delicious local and international options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, consider staying here again.
