Another wonderful stay at 406! We went to celebrate our daughters 13th birthday and couldn't have been happier. Robinson was super helpful attending to our needs without hesitation. The facilities were superb (where in the world could you find beachfront accommodation for this price), and we will definitely be heading back again next year. An amazing family holiday!

Excellent views of the ocean and cannal. Apartment was clean , neat and tidy . Robinson provided all important items for our stay...Kitchen had all required items and heaps of utensils , cuttlery etc. Excellent view from all rooms including the bedrooms.....balcony was fantastic and accessible from all rooms. Apartment has secure parking and infinity pool. A short walk to restaurants and beach. We highly recommend this place to stay if you are visiting Mandurah and surroundings. We will definitely be staying here again .Robinson the owner is fantastic and provides good instructions to access the property.
