Booked Mandrem beach resort for 3 nights and it was an absolute pleasure experiencing the high hospitality standards set by the staff there. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay They really took care of all our requests whether it was food - out of menu, made to our requirements or change or room. Everything was taken up with a smiling face. I would definitely visit this hotel again on my next visit to Goa and will also recommend it to my friends and family.

We stayed at the deluxe room with a river view, the room was super clean, spacious and well equipped. Amazing view from the balcony, we literally sat for hours with endless cups of tea and whatever time was remaining was spent on the beach! The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very friendly and caring, we felt like VIPs, we also got to sample some local treats off the menu. To create a friendly atmosphere, hospitable and caring environment takes work , really appreciated how everyone goes the extra mile! Oh and the only hotel where breakfast is actually brunch and served till 12 noon!

Fantastic resort and service at its best. Food too was delicious and staff was extremely courteous. Beach was few steps away, very peaceful one. We had room with river & open view - so couldn't have asked for more.

The most beautiful property i have stayed in a while. The food and the hospitality is amazing. The beach is 2 min walk. The pool is well maintained. Had so much fun
