Really friendly and helpful managers. Good size to the room. Really great co-working space and good wifi. Great to have a little cooking facility and a fridge. Also the shop downstairs. Great to have drinking water available and a kettle.

Includes all the necessities - drinking mineral water, warm shower water, towels, water boiler, electrical stove, firm wide bed, co-working balcony with Wi-Fi, supermarket right downstairs - and a cat! =D 100 metres away fresh cane sugar juice booth - the best juice under the Sun.

If you're in North Goa, do not miss this property. It's very clean, tastefully decorated and has all the facilities you may need, including an unusual amount of clothes hangers, a small cooker and fresh, filter coffee available all day long (rare in India). It's quiet so you can actually sleep at night (not always the case in this part of Goa). The co-working spaces (with and without AC) also come handy and are perfect if you're a digital nomad or remote worker. I strongly recommend this peaceful place to anyone who enjoys the comfort a decent-size studio has to offer (compared to a hotel room), being in nature and meeting great people.
