Comfortable room with everything you need for a pleasant stay: kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, and reliable internet. Very clean and cozy. Beautiful view of the jungle — especially in the morning. Quiet place, perfect for relaxing. The host is friendly and always ready to help. Felt like home in just three days. I’ll definitely come back.

Nice location, near stores and cafes, 5 min from the beach and at the same time silent and close to nature. A lot of birds around, it’s nice to watch them from the balcony at the dawn. Cosy room with all facilities. Hot water with a surprisingly good pressure. Felt like home after a few days. Friendly host and good neighbours.

Very close to Arambol beach, calm environment. Rooms were exactly the same as shown in pics. Even better then the pics. We were family of 4, booked 2 rooms, one studio n one deluxe. To our surprise, upon arrival the rooms were upgraded to studio appartment adjacent to each other. Studio applications is bigger then deluxe room. Studio room was equipped with AC, washroom, kitchen, wardrobe, fridge, electric kettle, gas cylinder, 2 burner gas, double bed, and a cute marble dinning table with bar stools. There is a large balcony in front of the room where u can enjoy your morning tea. Host Armond is super helpful. The only issue could be a parking space incase you r traveling by suv. I am quite sure Armond will take care of it upon arrival. Lastly about the swimming pool, it's located at a distance, it vl take 5 min if traveling by car. Swimming pool was very neat n clean. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest, we vl definitely have more engagement in future. Cheers 🍻

Excellent location within walking distance to the beach. Quiet place with great views of nature. Very hospitable owners. Spacious, bright rooms. All necessary equipment: AC in each bedroom, refrigerator, gas stove, shower with hot water. Large beds with very comfortable mattresses and pillows.
