I been here a couple of times and it is one of my hotel choice whenever I’m at Cebu . The staff are very accommodating and nice . The room are clean . The location is perfect for me . And the breakfast buffet is excellent a lot of food choice , from Asian to Western food .

The staff were courteous and professional, and the facilities were kept in excellent condition. The location was also convenient, with Park Mall nearby providing easy access to dining and shopping options. During my stay, a significant earthquake occurred; however, the staff demonstrated proper safety training, responding calmly with well-organized evacuation and follow-up measures.
