We’ve visited Manchester twice in 2 weeks and both times stayed at The Reach, we cannot fault this Hotel from the lovely pleasant staff, the rooms are lovely, clean, bright and the balcony we had is an added bonus right on the canal, breakfast had lots of choice also cooked food to order, prime position for Piccadilly, shops, bars and restaurants, just what we needed, thank you The Reach 👍

The room decor was modern and clean, tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a safe and mini fridge. Toiletries provided in the bathroom too. Our aircon wasn’t working so we reported this to the main reception and they couldn’t have been more helpful or polite they swiftly offered us another room and even offered to help us take our belongings. Staff in the restaurant also very friendly and polite, we had breakfast included with our stay which included one hot dish off the menu along with a continental buffet with fresh fruits juices and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed both! All in all a lovely stay and we would happily return in the future.
