Cash payments/deposits cannot be accepted.Please note, the property may contact you after the reservation is made to provide payment information and instructions for check-in.While Velvet Hotel does it's best to minimize noise disruption, due to it's location in Manchester’s Gay Village, some external noise is unavoidable during busier periods (including Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings). The hotel reception can provide ear plugs on request.Village Brasserie is currently closed for refurbishment works. The hotel reception can provide alternative restaurant recommendations. Velvet Bar remains open for drinks only.Upon check-in you will need to provide a payment card for pre-authorisation for the room rate, plus an additional GBP 100 and a photo ID, when booking suites this is GBP 200.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Room was lovely, everything worked. Bathroom very clean and luxurious. Reception surprised me with a birthday glass of wine and some fruit/cake/macaroons which was fab ❤️ Will definitely come again!
