Couldn't fault this hotel on anything I think it's probably one of my most memorable stays. Staff were so welcoming,friendly and very helpful if we needed anything, super clean and exceptionally comfortable and went the extra mile for us. The hotel was really quirky and decorated very well and to a very high standard, also have their own scent as you walk into reception which was so good and such a lovely touch. They had a water dispenser with fresh oranges in the lobby that any guest could help themselves with and it was so nice. Location is so central walking distance to a lot of shops and Victoria train station so very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and most definitely will be returning.It was truly an unforgettable stay.

It was incredible! So quirky and unique, every single aspect had been thought through and it was wonderful. There was so much light and space in our room. The staff were fabulous. My wife and I were staying on the way back from our honeymoon. My wife is a wheelchair user and I had damaged my foot, so things were quite difficult for us with 3 suitcases and the chair. They helped us every step of the way, including moving our luggage to and from our room, making sure we had the accessible room and, in their words, “anything else at all that you need for accessibility”, and they even checked over my foot for me whilst we were waiting for the taxi (that they had called for us) to the station.

Fantastic service from every staff member we interacted with and great housekeeping. Lovely breakfast and bar service in Pip, delicious cocktails. Brilliant location on Deansgate. Super comfy bed and pillows. Some really nice touches in the room - robes, great total blackout blinds, good bathroom products, filtered water tap on the corridors, decent safe, iron/ironing board, in room recycling, decent sized fridge, great security latch on the door which prevents anyone from accessing the room when you are in it. Well equipped gym - we didn't use it but went to have a look. Lastly, dog friendly - said hi to a lovely Frenchie who was clearly being spoilt by staff and guests. We also really appreciated the free upgrade - thanks treehouse.
