Actually had two stays here in October this year: first for three nights, then just a one night stay. Pros: During my three night stay I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room which was so lovely! There was always hot water, rooms were clean during both my stays, beds were spacious and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location is very close to Chinatown and Oxford Road Train Station. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Really really enjoyed both my stays here and would definitely go back. Special shout out to Rebecca who was lovely and helpful.
