Good sized with 2 bedrooms and separate living room and kitchen. Very handy free parking just next door. Friendly and responsive host. Well located for public transport and eateries. Above a gym and curry house, but no noise or inconvenience.

Great stay - good location, right near both tram and train. Opposite a cinema, bowling and restaurants. Couple of lovely pubs down the street within walking distance. Rooms really nice, clean and everything you need for a break. We used it to stay before flight from Manchester airport. Parking included. Good WIFI. Bed was SUPER comfy. Busy road outside but to be honest never heard it.

Great location with free parking for guests Cafes restaurants pub & a supermarket all within walking distance. Is on a main road but no traffic noise. Close to train & tram stations
