Excellent located apartment, and good service from the Cocoon staff who responded to all questions quickly and with good help. Located just off Oxford Street, excellent for university access and close to Portland St/Chinatown for food options. We chose this place to have two bedrooms rather than having a room with sofa bed in a hotel. There are also two bathrooms, handy with kids. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Choice of pillows was found in the wardrobe, also very good. Only negatives: key pickup up is from a Spar store which is extra logistics if you have luggage. 5-7 min walk to property. Property building is excellent but the flat lacks a few touches such as black out blinds - for £200 a night this is an oversight. Kitchen appliances could be be better - just because Argos sells a £10 kettle doesn't mean you should provide it. Finally check out requires leaving the flat unlocked with the keys inside. Given that the door is right next to the car park entrance this is not ideal. I think key pickup up and drop off should be with the concierge.

The apartment was immaculate. As soon as we arrived the place felt like home and everything from the furnishings to the added small extras like the decor made it even more of a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
