The room and bathroom were very clean. Wooden floors. Quiet area. Very close to tram station that reaches directly city centre. Possibility to use the kitchen for longer stays.

Clean and pleasant stay and exactly what I paid for. My only comment is the instructions were brilliant in their detail - however could you put the key code details at the very top so when you open them in a text on your phone they are right there for you. I had to scroll down to find them until I decided to take a screen shot to keep them where I needed them.

The location was brilliant, about 1½ miles from The Etihad Stadium/ Co Op Live venue and serviced by a regular bus service until midnight. On street parking is free. There is an Asda next door to buy food to prepare in the communal kitchen, which you can eat at the table in the communal sitting room. The bedroom was a small double but we did have an extra bed put up in it too - still room for 2 ladies to move around, get changed etc. There is an en suite but the shower wasn't in operation yet, we were told this before we arrived and on arrival we were told where a shared bathroom was. There's a lovely pub (on the High Street, turn left at Asda) The White Lion, regulars were friendly and helpful. There's 4 bedrooms in the house with communal kitchen and dining/ sitting room. It's basic but all very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again if attending another concert at Co-Op. We weren't sent the code, we had to wait for the host to arrive, but that was a nice thing really, he was able to explain things to us and we'd been able to explore the area before going in.

The location was ideal for a trip to the Co-op Live! Just £4.30 in an Uber. The host allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was fab. The bed was super comfy and we had a great night's sleep. Will be using again!!
