The location was good; a good location in the city centre. There was access to stairs and a lift to access the property. The room was tidy. There were multiple sets of keys available.

Great location, friendly staff, great communication with staff. Right in the middle of city center. The management were kind enough to not charge us when we accidentally pulled down the blinds despite having more than enough reason to bill us for it. Very thankful!
