Check in was a bit slow and a que in front of us. Once in room we were really happy to see they had left balloons and chocolates on bed for my sisters birthday the next day. Room was very stuffy, window only opened a few inches from the side so couldn't get enough air in. Room wasn't cleaned the second day and we ran out of toilet roll, I phoned reception 6 times within one hour around 10pm and no one answered, glad it wasn't for something really serious. Didn't use any other facilities so can't comment, great location 5 mins from station and there's shops right outside it.

Great central Hotel easy to get around on the local transport - nice rooms with comfortable beds - Fantastic Breakfast and view of Piccadilly from the restaurant bar area

It was an excellent location for our needs but did find the drop of for private taxis a bit inconvenient Your staff at reception were very helpful to They certainly are asset to your hotel Rebecca being our favorite Thank you all at the Mercure Piccadilly Manchester

The staff were lovely, the room was immaculate. Upgraded us for free and give us champagne The man that checked us in had great customer service!!
