The fine print
The hotel’s entrance is on Newton Street.Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 60cm are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The two guys on reception were very welcoming on arrival extremely polite and helpful when we arrived after booking a last minute room due to being let down and scammed from a previous booking before for a concert. Very comfortable bed, very clean, very respectful. Would stay again. Location is fab for Piccadilly station.
