The property will contact the guest following their reservation.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.Malmaison Spa is open from Wednesday to Monday and closed on Tuesdays.

Service in the breakfast area very slow, although I do accept it was busy, they needed more staff. The cooked breakfast arrived approximately 30 minutes after order, it was very average, cold to lukewarm tasteless and minimal. The decor in the rooms in my opinion were depressing. Room realitively small, with only a double bed. Location. I chose the hotel as it was in walking distance to where I wanted to be, however, I would stay again.
