On arrival we was upgraded to a high floor 2 bed apartment which overlooked Manchester with an amazing view. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all facilities we needed. On leaving I accidentally left behind my diamond earrings which are very valuable and sentimental to me. When I got home in Sheffield I realised I had left them, I called the host and he did everything in his power to ensure I got them back. He stopped the cleaners going in until he had been in first, sent me videos and pictures of my earrings and some other item I left behind and settle my mind to let me know they are safe. As I live in Sheffield, the host kindly offered to take them to the post office and post them back to me, I tried to send some money over and a thankyou gift but they kindly cover all charges of the postage. Even sent me all the postage proof and my diamond earring and other belongs was back with me the next day. I have never come across someone so genuine and honest in my time of staying in booked accommodation and I could recommend them enough. It’s hard to come by genuine n kind people like the host is here and knowing my valuables are safe under the circumstances of leaving them behind and actually getting back is something you very rarely come across. I would recommend 100% and will book all my stays with them when need moving forward. Thankyou so much!

The host upgraded me to the penthouse upon the arrival of the booking. This was a great experience for me and my friends to enjoy our stay better. Can’t fault the property or the host. Definitely recommend.
