The room was cosey and had access to increase the warmth in the room due to the radiator having access to the thermostat. The bar area was lovely and cosey to have a chat with your travelling companions. The food was delicious. The breakfast was great, for the most part.

Comfy room, a fridge, which was very handy, and beverage facilities, great view of the quays. Huge TV. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. Lots of storage. There were plenty of towels and an extra duvet. Accessibility handrails in the shower / bath are a huge plus. Non slip bathmat The room was clean and tidy. Couldn't hear other guests. Wish we could have stayed longer.
