The fine print
Room service is not available. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that this property does not accept cash or cheques as a method of payment. Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame. Kindly note, the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Baby cots can be provided free of charge subject to availability. Extra beds are not available, however extra bedding can be provided at a GBP 15 extra fee, subject to availability. Apartments with sofa beds can also be requested at extra charge.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The property was modern. Good sized rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. The white company toiletries, iron, hairdryer all nice touches. Staff at front seat very helpful and professional. Breakfast was more than adequate. Location right beside shops, bars and restaurants.

The swimming pool was wonderful! Such a shame the hot tub was out of order for a day. We loved the space in our appartment and breakfast included in our stay was value for money! Portion sizes were big and the Turkish eggs delicious! Sainsbury opposite was perfect for me as I'm disabled and can't walk far. The shower was powerful, bath large and the children had a great time!

The rooms were modern, beautifully simple and clean and the front desk staff were incredibly nice. The beds were slightly hard, and while a cot was set up for our little one there were no blankets provided. Honestly these were all very minor issues and we really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous hotel.

The main reception area was well kept and very clean. The smell was beautiful when we entered and we were greeted with a lovely smile and a polite member of staff. The room was very modern and really spacious. We stayed in an apartment. The bathroom was beautiful and the whole place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in apartment 206.
