The fine print
Please note, guests must present the Booking.com confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guests first and last name.According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location was good. Hotel clean and staff helpful. Seamless check in and also allowed a late check out at no charge. Nice pool though no shaded areas. However, we MUST make special mention of a front desk staff member, JAMES. He is absolutely the most helpful and accommodating person. He went out of his way to assist us with translations, spoke excellent English, recommended places to eat; nothing was too much trouble. We have never experienced excellence on this scale. He is an asset to the hotel and he made all the difference to our stay

Good location next to the big shopping mall where you can find everything! Drive to the airport is about 30 min, drive to the Municipal market for the River excursions about 20min.
