Boarding is only allowed with a negative result.The property will pre-authorize the card with the value of the no show cancellation fee.Please note that guests are required to present the credit card used for the reservation upon check in, along with a valid photo ID.
In case a third party card is used, guests are required to present a notarised copy of the credit card bill, as well as a notarised copy of the credit card used for the reservation. If they do not present this proof they must perform the antigen test at check-in, in the amount of R$90, and boarding will only be allowed with a negative test.The booking charge will appear on your credit card statement in the name of: Amazon Jungle Cruise Navegação e Turismo. Room is spacious and excursions are designed quite well. Staffs are very welcoming. There are very few English speaking guests but cruise is trying to accommodate.

It is a great experience. The staff are very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your trip. Everything is well prepared and you will never go hungry, the food doesn't stop coming!
