Everything. Location,,welcome, staff, food, Manager Binoy and Anita in particular. The furnishings are gorgeous the pool,is lovely. Interesting tea factory and walks in the area.

Beautiful, tranquil location. Superb service from an Excellent team of staff. Delicious home cooked Kerala specialties. The tour of the plantation and factory was very interesting. Clean and spacious rooms, great pool and outside seating area. Lots to do in local area.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were amazing, really polite and always smiling and trying to out guests with all our requests.
