“It was truly an exceptional experience for my family and me at this outstanding hotel. Everything was simply amazing—the service, the staff, and the overall atmosphere left nothing to be desired. I would especially like to extend my sincere appreciation and thanks to Ms. Laynda, the Director of Quality, and to Sandra. Their dedication and professionalism made our stay truly unforgettable. The facalities and the place were amazing however the staff made the stay really memorable and exceptional especially Sandra from guest relations team. We also really enjoyed the food which was really delicious.

We were upgraded to a suit on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The upgrade which worked perfectly as we were travelling with our 1 year old, having the living room area meant we were able to still talk, have dinner in the room and watch TV without waking our baby. The staff were fantastic, from the moment we arrived they were so helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to speak to.
