1. The hotel is located next to Juffair Square where many decent restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls can be found. This area of the city is less crowded than the downtown and offers a good balance between city feeling and privacy. For going to the down town, the bus station (Line 41 or 42) is near the hotel. 2. The personnel are willing to help at any time (24/7). 3. The room is big and clean. Even if the equipment looks a bit dated to some certain extent, it still offers every fundamental equipment one would need.

The location is good , and rooms are well maintained. Housekeeping staff Cathy was very good. Overall the stay was good and comfortable.

The location is excellent, the place is quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are helpful. I would like to thank the reception staff for their excellent service, especially Mr. Montaser.
