Service was exceptional from reception staff and bell boy. We really needed help as we had a lot of luggage. They were amazing and even lent us a Hoover for our vacuum packs and some scales. Thankyou! There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, which is handy.

I recently stayed at Loumage Spa and Suites, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was impressively fast, allowing me to settle into my room without any hassle. To my delight, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The upgraded suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, equipped with all the amenities one could desire. A special mention goes to two gentlemen from housekeeping, Jwal and Monir, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated their efforts. Check-out was just as efficient as check-in, allowing me to leave without any delays. The location of Loumage Spa and Suites is also a plus, situated conveniently close to local attractions while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Loumage Spa and Suites for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and amenities.
