Myself , my husband and our three children had a wonderful family trip. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond with their outstanding hospitality and limitless support throughout our stay. The resort offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal escape for families. Our kids especially loved the fun and engaging activities designed just for them, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined and family-friendly getaway.

The hotel grounds are very well maintained and the entire staff is extremely polite and helpful. The guests want for nothing. We had the resort almost to ourselves during Ramadan, which is of course a special feature. The beach is regularly maintained and the pools are very warm, even when it is still spring-like temperatures outside. The sea is beautifully divided by a separate island. We felt extremely comfortable and relaxed in the resort, even for a few short days. Worth mentioning is the very good spa, the high quality of the food and the entire ensemble of the hotel complex.

The room was as it looked in the photos but it missed the little touches that makes it an amazing experience like some of the other branches, such as the decorative Jumeirah pillows, the welcome fruit and snacks in the room etc. The hotel is very big but it almost felt a bit eerie as not many people stay there. This has its pros and cons as whilst it felt empty, it also meant that there wasn’t a wait to do anything and lots of room for yourself. The spa at this hotel is amazing! I highly recommend the Turkish hammam. Not only is the spa beautiful but the treatments were carried out well. The food was of good quality and the portion sizes are huge so one meal could easily feed two people. The view of the sunset from the sea view rooms was positively stunning.
