Very convenient location in the middle of downtown near my meetings. Wonderful friendly staff who were very kind to me by giving me early check in and I desperately needed a shower after my flight.

-Front desk staff are great, fast checkin and checkout, welcoming and friendly. - breakfast was great, with various items, the restaurant staff are wonderful. - in downtown just few steps to the old souq. -room is wide,beds are comfortable and clean. -Supervisor (Mr. Denis)at the time of checkout was keen to communicate with us and listen to our feedback to improve the level of service. - wi fi is good
