Everything was amazing Starting from the service outside when you arrive by car, especially the very friendly staff that were always there to welcome you with a smile and take your car to the parking lot. Help with the luggages, friendly staff at the reception for check in, gives tips what to visit in Bahrain. The room is spotless, super clean, comfy, amazing view, awesome bathroom etc everything was perfect! The smell in the hallways by the elevator was smelling crazy good as well! (forgot to ask which perfume that was...?) Overall very nice!

the best thing about Charthouse is the location with nice big rooms and bathtub. But whoever desigend the rooms, he had no ideas how to make these rooms fonctional AND comfortabel. Other then that you have to find out everythnig by yourself as you get no information and staff is completly incompetent. And as everything is only explaned in arabic, you really need help in how to handle air condition or TV. All the staff does, is telling you to check yourself on your smartphone.
