I had a wonderful stay at Hill River Resort by West Western in Manali. The property is just 800 metres from Mall Road, making it very convenient to reach. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The food was fresh, delicious, and served with warmth. The resort also offers great facilities like a gym, indoor games, a children’s play area, and a beautifully maintained lawn, making it enjoyable for both relaxation and recreation. The rooms were comfortable, and the cleanliness was well maintained throughout. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would be happy to recommend this property to others!

I had a wonderful stay at Hill River Resort by West Western in Manali. The property is just 800 meters from Mall Road, so it’s very easy to reach either by a short walk or a quick auto ride. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The food was fresh, delicious, served warm, and always with a smile, which made me feel truly cared for. The room was very comfortable, and the washroom was neat, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The front office staff even approached me personally to ask about my stay, which made me feel at home. The resort also has indoor games, a children’s play area, a small gym, and a peaceful lawn to relax and enjoy the evening. Overall, it was a beautiful and homely experience. I felt completely at ease, just like being at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Manali.
