1. Location (a supermarket, a canteen, some good restaurants, the bus stop and the beach in a 5-min reach) 2. Price (comparing to other hotels in the area) 3. Cleanness (they change sheets and towels every 3 days) 4. Friendly staff

Location, very close to the beach and the fact that we were close to the clubs, the beach boulevard was near, we had many shops near us and we did find it really pleasing to be in the center of all the things happening around.
