Excellent location, beach front, with a walking strip alongside the beach having everything for everyone: shops, bouncy castles, restaurants, fast food, etc. Close to Satul de vacanta Mamaia for fun fair for children, Aqua Magic, Dolphinarium, City Park Mall and all main attractions you would want to see in Constanta. The hotel has a pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and good music. But the hotel deserves a 10 for the staff only. Excellent maids who will make sure you have everything you need in your room everyday. Very friendly and attentive. Rooms very clean. Showers are working perfectly, with running hot water. The receptionists are very helpful and welcoming too. Same for the people working around the pool and the restaurant. And the whole staff around the hotel in general is very nice and does their best to make everyone stay as pleasant as possible. One day I wasn’t feeling very well and whilst I was dozing/sleeping on the sunbed by the pool, they lowered/stopped the music so I can recover. They are open to their customer’s needs and wishes, either it being an extra pillow in the room, change of music or whatever else you may need in the holiday. Staying for longer period does help too, as you get to know the people working there and the other way around - they will know you and will make sure your stay is a great one. Also, for the same price, you will get lots of hotels in the same area, but with less facilities and without a pool. Therefore, hotel Flora deserves its rating of 10!

Good location near the main strip and beach. Room is clean but small and the fridge is positioned so that you have to move the bedside table to access it. There is hot water and the shower works although it looks ready to collapse. There are small shops nearby and a vending machine. Swimming pool closes at 6pm and is very noisy as there is incessant techno music so you can't really read or relax. There is a car park. It is ok but in need of modernisation. pleasant
