The bed was clean and comfortable curtains beautiful. Great location.

Breakfast was superb both days. We had booked 3 rooms for our wedding guests, 2 doubles and a single. The double rooms were lovely, very comfy. The single room was more basic.

The bed was comfortable and the bed linen, towels and bathroom spotless. The breakfast was average . Not the best quality bacon or sausage , hard tomatoes.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The meals were very good and the location to the town centre was ideal. It was an ideal distance to York where we spent time sightseeing.
