Can not fault this property we had everything in it the owner has made sure of that the beds were so comfy all clean and tidy when we arrived,they were a hamper left with wine & goodies also the boys got a chocolate orange at there bedside which was a a lovely gesture,we also had clean stuff for dish washer & washing machine to fairy liquid,scrubbers and toilet roll everything to get you start ,beautiful from start to finish the hot tub was a bonus my to 7 yr old nephews had a ball in it,we were 5 mins from malton 13 mins from flamingo land and 35 mins away from Scarborough.

Nothing to complain about. Loved everything about it the peace and quiet and recharging during easter break at uni.
