The lodge was neat and the site was fairly quiet. Staff were friendly and the seating area was comfy. If you like lodges this would be a good site.

Ok location, a bit misleading when you go on the site it shows you brickyard site and the postcode takes you there. ( they have a lake) Nothing on site to do, however you are close by to some places to visit. A lodge needs to be home from home and I felt this lodge was lovely and clean but lacked some facilities. Tea towels, soap on all sinks, an iron, hairdryer and even a Hoover would have made it better. The crockery was all a miss mash and there wasn’t even enough bowls for every guest to have cereal. The single beds weren’t the comfiest and the pillows certainly needed to be firmer or more of them, only 3 chairs on the outdoor table so again not all guests could sit out if they wanted. The dvd player in the lounge was temperamental so family time watching a film didn’t last long. The hot tub was lovely and clean. Nothing majorly wrong just little things that could have made it perfect.

The location was brilliant, close to all amenities. The hot tub was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable.
