Lovely lodge. Feels really homely beautiful decor throughout and very spacious. Location out of the way and quiet perfect for cosy weekends away. Everything clean and had all amenities needed. Towels, washing up equipment , utensils etc. Will deffo be returning.

We loved the location, it was a beautiful lodge park, maintained to a very high standard. I understand that this is achieved by the list of do’s and don’t, which honestly initially found offensive. However I forget that there are many who do need step by step instructions! The kitchen was well appointed as we brought our M&S meals with us!! The lounge area was so spacious and sofas very comfortable, the food en-suite wetroom was so handy. Hunters lodge was our base to visit the Bangers and Cash live show and was perfect as we avoided the huge tailback’s experienced by many. We never used the hot tub as not our thing!
